CAM Membership
CAM membership is at its highest level ever! 265 movers, van lines, suppliers and international movers have seen the value of being members of the Canadian Association of Movers, Canada’s national trade association for the moving industry. They have seen the value in the opportunities CAM offers:
- Consumer relations
- Networking
- Training
- Education
- Business practices
- Government relations
If you are not already a member of CAM, now is the time to join us. If you are, it’s time to take advantage of the business advantages CAM offers. And ask us about our new rates for multi-branch movers. The board of directors has just reviewed and revised the fee structure for multi-branch moving companies.
Job Opportunities
Job opportunities listings on CAM’s website have become increasingly active in the last few months with postings for sales consultants, operations staff, trainers and managers.

CAM & the Press
CAM & Ontario’s Ministry of Consumer Services
Last Thursday, Sophia Aggelonitis, Ontario’s Minister of Consumer Services, hosted a press conference to advise consumers how to find a good mover and avoid the rogues. John Levi of CAM also spoke at the press conference. The event was well covered by the media including representatives from CBC, CTV, Global, CITY, OMNI and CP24. Both the minister and John were interviewed by the press and excerpts appeared live and delayed on various news programs.
