CAM’s Education Programs
CAM's Board of Directors has decided to fully open CAM's education programs to all members on a no-charge basis. The education programs include videos for training new helpers and the Canadian Professional Mover course for customer service staff and sales staff. Effective January 4, 2012, you will be able to access training videos and other educational programs. You will be advised of your access codes. Members and their staff who enroll in the Canadian Professional Mover program will be required to obtain a personal username and password. This will allow us to track your progress. An individual user fee of $15 (including taxes and shipping) will be assessed upon completion of the Canadian Professional Mover course to offset the costs of providing the graduation materials.
Membership Renewals
It may be time to renew your CAM membership. Don't miss out on the benefits and privileges of membership – validation and referrals to consumers, identification as a CAM member, unlimited access to CAM's education programs, lobbying on your behalf with governments at all levels. If your office is not a member – you are losing out on many valuable benefits.
CAM's Annual Conference Questionnaire
Early in January, we will be circulating a questionnaire asking for your input on the 2012 and future annual conferences. We need your input in order to provide you with the kind of conference you want. Watch for this by e-mail. We need your help on this and would appreciate your input.

Reporting Fraud & Scams — Reminder
You can report scams to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. And they will do something about them. It's now time to start reporting these scammers! Forward their e-mails and contact information to info@antifraudcentre.ca.
Holiday Break
CAM’s offices will be closed from noon on Friday, December 23, 2011, until 9:00 AM on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. During that time we will have limited access to email and voice mail.
