Members Only Section

You will need a user name and password to enter the members-only section:

• Your user name is your membership number in four digits as it is shown on all your CAM invoices to the right of SEQUENCE. If your number is less than four digits (i.e., 33), add zeroes to the beginning, e.g., 0033.
• Your password is your name exactly as it appears in the online membership directory beside CONTACT – upper and lower case with punctuation as shown.
