CAM2023 - What a show it was!
We don’t even know where to begin. Remembrance Day was emotional; the hockey game, fun; the Welcome Reception, loud; and the sessions? They were well attended and very interactive. As one reviewer said … “such an amazing conference. Everything was top notch from the amazing food, accommodations, all the speakers, all the people.” And “all the people” was right! We had planned for 90 but had 126 registered with over a third of those attendees new to the CAM conference. And we can’t thank you enough for showing up, participating, and supporting your trade association.

Hotel Reservations - BOOK NOW!
Yes, even Taylor Swift is affecting our conference. She'll be in Toronto from November 14 - 23 and hotel rooms will be at a premium, especially the Toronto airport hotels that are less expensive than in the city. CAM has a block of rooms reserved for the conference from November 17 - 19 and will not be able to book any additional rooms once our contracted number been reached. Don't be disappointed that you missed out on staying at the conference hotel or at our preferred rate of $189.00 + tax. Book now.

BUYER BEWARE – event scammers are alive and well!!!
In a new way of scamming, there are companies that may send emails and/or make phone calls stating they are associated with or making all travel arrangements for attendees and exhibitors to the Canadian Association of Movers conference and trade show (#CAM2024). Please note that Canadian Association of Movers (CAM) is the sole provider of #CAM2024 and is not affiliated with any of these companies and advises you to exercise caution when contacted.
Housing Bureaus – They will contact you, via email or on the phone, claiming to have rates and room blocks for the Canadian Association of Movers conference and ask you for credit card information. CAM does not utilize any housing bureaus and you book directly with the Ottawa Marriott Hotel. CAM will advise on our website if the room block we have secured is near to full.
Airfare – There may organizations that call and state that they are booking all travel for the Canadian Association of Movers conference. They are not associated with CAM as you are responsible for your own travel arrangements.
Event lists - #CAM2024 attendee lists are confidential and not sold or made available to third parties. Beware of companies who offer to sell your Canadian Association of Movers conference or trade show attendee lists.
Corporate Pre-Show Videos - There are several companies offering to record a pre-show video. These companies are not affiliated with CAM and therefore we caution you in obtaining their services.
